The pizza above is a traditional pizza bianca, i.e. without tomato and with cream cheese!

This one is with burrata and mortadella, also very tasty with parma ham.

You do not have to go all the way to Italy to taste this, they're on Il Cardellino's menu.

We all know Italian pasta such as spaghetti or tagliatelle.

But there's more: Italians love gnocchi, a type of potato pasta. Gnocchi with tomato, cheese, spinach? It's all possible.

For the best taste, we make only make gnocchi from potatoes grown on Zeeland’s clay soil. Our home made gnocchi are always fresh. Of course!
